The mighty Rappahannock – not a bad place to start my morning

A few little blooms survived the cold earlier this week

I had the day off so i thought I’d smoke a bit of corned beef. I won’t call it pastrami since i didn’t steam it afterwards but it tasted pretty, pretty good on rye with mustard!
